Welcome to my personal webpage. I am a PhD student working on experimental Heavy Ion Physics. Our group's main research is to study the properties of Quark Gluon Plasma formed by colliding two bunch of particles at very high speed. The experiment is done at the Realtivistic Heavy Ion Collider at BNL and The Large Hardon Collider at CERN. My research interest focus on the particle distributions after the collision, which could help to understand the formation mechanisms of particles from quarks and gluons.
Since June 2014, I am a Graduate Student in Physics Department at Vanderbilt University in the Realtivistic Heavy-Ion Physics group of Prof. Julia Velkovska. Before this, I spent 4 years in Harbin Institute of Technology, China for my Bachelor's degree in Physics.
My research interests and methods include:
- The Formation of the Universe
- The property of Quark Gluon Plasma
- Identified particle spectra after heavy ion collisions
- Machine learning and data science
- Artificial Intelligence
